Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Growify Apps Shopify applications (the “App”), including Cart Upsell – You May Also Like. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You will use the App in compliance with Shopify’s terms and all applicable laws.
• You will not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security controls in the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring your store configuration and theme setup is correct.

2. App functionality

The App helps merchants configure and display upsell recommendations in the cart using Shopify-supported components (theme app extensions and/or app proxy where applicable).

We do not guarantee any specific results such as revenue increases, conversion rate improvements, or sales performance.

3. Support

We provide support via email on a best-effort basis. For support inquiries, contact support@growifyapps.com.

4. Availability

We strive for reliable service; however, the App may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, outages, or third-party dependencies. We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

5. Fees

If the App includes paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be displayed in the Shopify App Store listing or within the App. Unless otherwise stated, taxes are the merchant’s responsibility.

6. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the App is being misused or used unlawfully.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growify Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
